The bespoke kitchen is equipped with all that a cook would need with a Falcon, 2 oven induction range cooker, extra oven, microwave, American style Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer, extra fridge freezer and a wide range of high quality kitchen equipment including kitchen Aid mixer and food processor. Breakfast table seats 8.
Sitting area with 2 sofas, large dining table, seats 12. Glasses, table linen and dining accessories provided. There is an open wood stove and all wood is included.
Room comprises of 2 large comfortable sofas and day bed. It also has a baby grand piano, bose music dock, TV and blue ray DVD. (Both TVs come with full Sky subscription including BT Sports).

Each of the Reception Rooms are large and adjoining one another, and all look out to the pool, garden and sea.
The conservatory overlooks the pool garden with large day bed and chair. It includes a small drinks fridge, range of plastic cups for poolside, tea and Nespresso coffee facilities. It is cosy and warm on a winter’s day and can be opened up on a warm day to let a cool breeze in (comes with fly screens).
Within the Conservatory there is an 8kg washing machine and condenser tumble drier. lothes racks, iron and ironing board also provided.

Immediately to the South of the house is a walled garden with adjoining terrace, areas of lawn, flower and shrub beds which also features a small, solar heated, saline swimming pool with terrace (open from May to October). An array of outside furniture is provided consisting of chairs, dining tables, loungers, bbq, table tennis and trampoline, games & toys. There is ample parking for numerous cars on the forecourt of the property.
Glenacres has extensive gardens and woodland (approx. 3 acres) consisting of well laid out formal gardens to the west with large expanses of lawn interspersed with a variety of shrubs and trees. On the south western side is a wooden bridge leading to a large area of bluebell woodland. The western boundary backs onto fields with fine views to Golden Cap, the sea and surrounding hills.
Glenacres is not suitable for people with mobility problems as there are steps down to the house and all bedrooms are situated on the first floor.
Please note that the minimum stay is 7 days, although we would consider a shorter stay during off-peak periods. Change over day is Saturday.
To confirm your stay, a booking form will be sent to you and on return of this with a deposit of one third of the total cost of your stay (including a £250 cleaning fee and £500 refundable damage deposit), your booking will be secured.
